• Grocery Shopping: health food shops, organic food shops, organic booze, organic fruit and veg shops
• Fitness & Yoga: yoga studios, fitness studios, gyms
• Pets: natural, organic and eco-friendly pet shops and services
• Babies & Kids: natural, organic and eco-friendly pet shops and services
• Home: recycled furniture shops, vintage & second-hand furniture, sustainable home accessories shops
• Fashion & Lifestyle: eco-friendly clothing shops, vintage shops, eco-friendly accessories shops

We love it when people suggest businesses to us, as we can't possibly keep up with every single new wellness business. Please email us to suggest a business.

We do not list businesses that do not operate in a physical space that is open during regular/reasonable business hours.

There are 2 requirements to be listed on the Green Queen App:

1. You need to have a physical space. For example, you are a shop, a restaurant/cafe/takeaway, a spa, a yoga/fitness studio, a gym or a health center. We do not list online businesses.
2. Your business/products/services must offer one of the following: eco-friendly, natural/organic, wellness, fitness, healthy, vegan, vegetarian.

It is free to list your business on the Green Queen App, as long as your business meets our listing criteria.

Upgraded listings offers Green Queen App users far more information about a business, and offer business a chance to showcase their best self.

With an upgraded listing, business owners can showcase photos, share discount/promo offers, list business hours, list additional social media accounts (such as Instagram or Twitter), share menus/price lists and more.

Upgrading your listing is a great way to get more exposure for your listing. Upgraded listings offers Green Queen App users far more information about a business and offers a business a chance to showcase their best self.

If you submitted your listing over 3 weeks ago and have not heard back from us, then you can assume your business has not been approved. You can also login to your business owner account and check your listing status.

Approved listings will go live within 3 weeks from date of submission.

Listings on the Green Queen App are subject to approval by the Green Queen team and must meet our listing criteria. Due to the large volume of requests we receive, we will not provide individual explanations for rejected listings.

Users are required to sign up to the app and create an account in order to leave a review on a listing. We do not allow Guest/Anonymous reviews.

We understand that business may be disappointed to find poor/negative reviews from users about their business. The nature of reviews means that users are allowed to share their opinion and business owners may disagree with it. We do advise that you respond directly to the review by leaving your own comments addressing the issues in question.

However, if you have received a review that is factually incorrect/out of date, a review that uses profane/abusive language and/or a review that is engaged in a personal attack on a specific individual, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

The Green Queen App has full review discretion. Some of the reasons for taking down a review include a review that is factually incorrect/out of date, a review that uses profane/abusive language and/or a review that is engaged in a personal attack on a specific individual.
